Sides of Social Media

"Going Viral: Exposing the Positives and Negatives of Social Media,” shows five different seemingly positive aspects of social media contrasted with their negative, usually hidden counterparts. The collaged feel mixed with typography draws the viewer in and conveys the information in an interesting way. These panels are made into "peephole" boxes, with the pastel colored positive side on the outside, to be seen at first glance. Viewers would have to look inside the box through the peephole in order to see the negative side of the issue, further driving the fact that the negative effects of social media are usually not addressed or seen firsthand.
